In r/ProductManagement, PMs are using Claude Code to consolidate support tickets and notes into themes, then turning those into PRD inputs and early artifacts, claiming large speedups once the workflow is learned.
What is do is consolidate user feedback/tickets and feed them through Claude code / coding agent to extract themes.
This can then be translated into inputs for a PRD.
Claude or a process like this has sped up my abilities 2-3x after learning how to use it.
