I practice in NYC. I haven't read the lawsuit but it's safe to assume that if Cornell/Columbia is doing it then so are NYU, Sinai, Monti, and Northwell.
I read the first couple of pages. I don’t see what NYP is doing that is particularly bad or different than any other system.
